La Casa del Aloe is a lovely little house to rent for your vacation in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, Almería, Spain. Although the apartment is small (17 m2) it has everything you need to live and to spend a wonderfull stay. You can enjoy in the space as living room, bedroom, and kitchen, and there is an independent bathroom. Outside you have a bench where you can have a quite drink, be reading, etc…

La Casa del Aloe is a little apartment located in Las Presillas, a small and typical andalusian village in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar in the province of Almería, Andalucia. In Las Presillas you will be able to enjoy the silence and will be in direct contact with nature.

Features of the house

La Casa del Aloe is an apartment for a couple or a single person. This is a single space with separate bathroom. The area is approximately 17 m2.

The lounge-bedroom has a sofa bed, a table to have lunch o work, cupboard, an armchair and a electric stove for the winter.

There is a sofa bed very good, both for the quality of the mattress for convenience and speed of installation (type clic-clac). In bed position, it offers a comfortable bed 135 cm wide. Both summer and winter we provide bed linen. The day, it can be used in sofa position, transforming the space into a pleasant lounge/dining room, ideal for leisure, reading and enjoy the tranquility and silence Las Presillas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to cook. It has a fridge/freezer A+ (***), a gas kitchen and a table.

The bathroom is independent with shower and hot water.

Outside the house there is a bench in a narrow street without traffic, pleasant to read, have a drink or the air beyond the large bougainvillea tree covering the small street..

30% of the entire of the stay.

Las Presillas

Las Presillas is a nice andalusian village located in the heart of Natural Park Park of Cabo of Gata-Níjar near of the Volcanic Crater of Majada Redonda. The stable population is about 15 people. The town is 2 kilometres away from the highway and has no stores, discotheques, bars or restaurants which makes it the perfect place to reconnect with silence and nature.

Nevertheless you can reach the beach quickly (beach of Escullos 3 minutes by car) or go to villages with stores, restaurants and other services (Camping of Escullos, Pozo de los Frailes, La Isleta del Moro, Rodalquilar or San José) in a few minutes.

From Las Presillas you can start a series of interesting hikes towards diferents and interesting places of the park or towards some of its more beautifull beaches. You can still contemplate the sky at night, hear the birds singing, and enjoy the sun and the silence every days.

Cabo de Gata

The Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar is an exclusive and unique place in southern Europe that remains in a totally natural state.

Virginal beaches (Mónsul, Genoveses, El Playazo, Cala de Enmedio, etc...), cliffs, dry riverbeds, and volcanic mountains contrast with a typical architecture of country houses, mills and waterwheels all along the park.The park has a huge variety of plant and animal species in a volcanic and semidesertic landscape, admired by artists and photographers, where the changing lights produce fantastic visual spectacles hroughout the different seasons.

The climate also makes the Park of Cabo de Gata a privileged and unique place. It is possible to enjoy the sea and the beach during seven months of the year. Almería is the second city in the world with more hours of sunshine, the sun shines in a clean and blue sky almost every day of the year. In winter you can enjoy warm temperatures that allow you to take long walks along the beaches and small paths crossing the mountains.
